Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
- Deadly Bridge is a game for teenagers and adults (13 and over), not directed to children.
- The game does not ask for your name, email or any other personal information, and there is no account or sign-in. Your progress is saved only on your device.
- The ads come from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad every three levels passed, and an optional video to continue from the level you reached after a fall. AdMob may use the advertising ID and other information from your device, as Google explains in its own pages.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices, and you can change them at any time with the “Privacy / ad consent” button.
- There is one optional in-app purchase, the PRO version (“PRO — No Ads”), which removes all the ads. The payment is handled entirely by Google Play: we never see your payment details.
- The “souvenir photo” on the game-over screen is a picture of the game itself: it is not taken with the camera, it is not saved and it is not sent anywhere.
- There is no chat and there are no location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the Android game Deadly Bridge (package name com.intreccidicarta.deadlybridgegame), published on Google Play by Intrecci di Carta, Switzerland ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to pierpalmiro.stroppa@gmail.com.
2. Information the game handles itself
The game saves a few things so you can continue later: the level reached, your best level and best score, the hat you chose, the music and sound effects settings, the language you chose, which tutorials and tool explanations you have already seen, whether the invitation to leave a review has already been shown, whether the PRO version is active and, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the result of the ad consent check (section 5). This information is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it. The game starts in the language of your device, and you can change it in the menu.
You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the game or by clearing its data in your device settings (Settings > Apps > Deadly Bridge > Storage > Clear data). If Android backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include this data in your device backup in your Google account, under Google's terms. We have no access to that backup.
When you fall, the game-over screen shows a “souvenir photo” of that moment. It is a small picture of the game's own 3D scene, made on your device: it is not taken with the camera, it is kept in memory only while the game is open, and it is never saved or sent.
The game itself does not collect analytics and does not use any other third-party services besides the advertising and the Google Play purchase described below. The game can be played without an internet connection; the internet permission is used for the ads, for the consent form and for the purchase. When you have reached at least level 9, the game asks you once whether you would like to leave a review: if you agree, and with the buttons of our other games, it only opens the right page in the Google Play Store app.
The app uses only “normal” Android permissions, which Android grants at installation without asking: internet and network state, vibration (short vibrations during the game, only while sound effects are on), keeping the device awake and running short background tasks (used by Google's libraries), the advertising ID permission and Android's advertising services permissions (used by Google AdMob, see below) and the Google Play billing permission. It has no permission for location, camera, microphone, contacts or nearby devices.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC; for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited):
- every three levels passed, a full-screen ad (interstitial) between one level and the next, never while you are crossing the bridge;
- after a fall, an optional rewarded video, shown only if the player taps “Watch Ad → Continue from Lv.”: if the video is watched to the end, the game starts again from the level reached. If no video is available (for example with no internet connection), a short 5-second wait replaces it and the player continues anyway.
If an ad is not ready it is simply skipped.
When an ad is requested or shown, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects some information in order to deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud and abuse: the device's IP address (which may be used to estimate its general location), device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and the app set ID, interactions with the ads and with the app (for example that a video was shown or tapped), and diagnostic and performance information. Depending on your choices and on where you live, Google may use this information to show personalized ads (based on your interests) or only non-personalized ads. This information is encrypted in transit and is processed by Google under its own policies, also on servers outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (for example in the United States):
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- How Google uses information for advertising
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or ask not to receive personalized ads, in your device settings (on most devices: Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Once the PRO version is active there are no ads at all: the app does not even start Google AdMob, so no information is sent to it.
4. In-app purchase (Google Play)
The game offers one optional purchase, the PRO version (the “PRO — No Ads” button in the menu): a one-time purchase that removes all the ads, lets you choose the level to start from and supports the developer.
The purchase and the payment are handled entirely by Google Play, under Google's terms and the Google Privacy Policy. We never see your name, email or payment details. The app only receives from Google Play whether the PRO version is purchased (and, if needed, confirms the purchase to Google Play). It asks again at every start and when you tap “Restore Purchase”, so after a reinstall the purchase comes back and a refunded purchase is removed. The answer is saved on your device so the ads stay off. Your order history and any refunds are managed in your Google Play account.
5. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform. When the game starts, before any ad is requested, it asks Google whether your consent is needed and, if so, shows Google's consent form, where you can accept or refuse the use of your data for advertising, personalized ads included. Ads are loaded only if Google says they may be requested. If you refuse, Google may show only non-personalized or limited ads, which still use some information, for example to limit how often the same ad is shown and to prevent fraud.
You can change your choices at any time with the “Privacy / ad consent” button in the start menu: it opens Google's privacy options form again. The button appears only where Google asks for these choices, and never in the PRO version, which shows no ads.
6. Children
Deadly Bridge is a game for teenagers and adults (target audience: 13 and over), and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from anyone else, and the game does not ask anybody for personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question, contact us at pierpalmiro.stroppa@gmail.com.
7. Your rights
We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing we can access, correct or delete on our side. For the information processed by Google for advertising and for purchases, you can use the tools described in Google's privacy policy and in your Google Play account, the advertising ID settings of your device (section 3) and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the “Privacy / ad consent” button (section 5). You also have the right to contact the data protection authority of your country (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
Informativa sulla privacy
Ultimo aggiornamento: 28 ottobre 2026
- ogni tre livelli superati, un annuncio a schermo intero (interstiziale) fra un livello e l'altro, mai mentre stai attraversando il ponte;
7. I tuoi diritti
