Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
- The game does not ask for your name, email or any other personal information, and there is no account or sign-in.
- Your game progress is saved only on your device.
- The ads come from Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos, shown only if the player chooses to watch one, and a short full-screen ad every two levels, between one level and the next. They are set up for a family audience that includes children. There are no ads in 1 vs 1 mode.
- There is one optional in-app purchase, “No ads”, which removes all the ads. It is protected by a question for grown-ups and the payment is handled entirely by Google Play.
- In 1 vs 1 mode the two phones talk only to each other, on the local network: nothing is sent to us and nothing is collected.
- There is no chat and there are no location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the Android game Noah's Crazy Ark (called La vera pazza storia di Noè in Italian), published on Google Play by Intrecci di Carta ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to pierpalmiro.stroppa@gmail.com.
2. Information the game handles itself
The game saves your progress so you can continue later: which levels and worlds are unlocked, which monsters you have beaten, whether Noah already has his staff, the language you chose, whether the sound is on or off and whether the “No ads” purchase is active. This information is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it.
You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the game or by clearing its data in your device settings (Settings > Apps > Noah's Crazy Ark > Storage > Clear data). If Android backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include this data in your device backup in your Google account, under Google's terms. We have no access to that backup.
The game itself does not collect analytics and does not use any other third-party services besides the advertising and the Google Play purchase described below. It works without an internet connection; the internet permission is used only for the ads and for the 1 vs 1 mode on the local network.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and contains rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC; for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited). A rewarded video is shown only when the player chooses to watch one, for example to restart a level right away after losing it. Every two completed levels a short full-screen ad (interstitial) is shown between one level and the next. No ads appear during play.
Because the game is meant for all ages, including children, every ad request is set up as follows:
- ads are requested as child-directed (child-directed treatment under the US COPPA rules) and for users under the age of consent (under the EU GDPR);
- ad content is limited to the G rating (suitable for general audiences);
- no personalized ads and no interest-based advertising;
- the app does not use the Android advertising ID: the permission is removed from the app.
When an ad is requested or shown, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects some information in order to deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud and abuse: the device's IP address (which may be used to estimate its general location), interactions with the ad (for example that a video was shown or tapped), diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers such as the app set ID. This information is encrypted in transit and is processed by Google under its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- How Google uses information for advertising
If no video is available (for example with no internet connection), the game simply lets the player continue. There are no ads in 1 vs 1 mode, and none at all once the “No ads” purchase is active: the app then stops requesting ads.
4. In-app purchase (Google Play)
The game offers one optional purchase, “No ads”: a one-time purchase that removes all the ads. Before the purchase starts, the game asks a question for grown-ups (a multiplication), so that children cannot start it on their own; with a wrong answer nothing is bought.
The purchase and the payment are handled entirely by Google Play, under Google's terms and the Google Privacy Policy. We never see your name, email or payment details. The app only receives from Google Play whether the purchase is valid (and, if needed, confirms it to Google Play), and it saves that answer on your device so the ads stay off. Your order history and any refunds are managed in your Google Play account.
5. 1 vs 1 mode (two phones)
In 1 vs 1 mode two phones play together on the same Wi-Fi network or on one phone's hotspot. The game data (the moves and the score) travels only between the two phones on the local network: it is not sent over the internet, to us or to anyone else, and it is not stored. The code to join a game is a QR code read by the Google Play services code scanner in its own window, on the device: the app has no camera permission and never sees the camera image.
6. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to handle the privacy rules of these regions. Since every player is treated as a child under the age of consent, no consent is requested for personalized ads, and Google serves only limited, non-personalized ads there.
7. Children
The game is suitable for everyone, children included. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from anyone else, and the ad settings described above apply to every player. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question, contact us at pierpalmiro.stroppa@gmail.com.
8. Your rights
We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing we can access, correct or delete on our side. For the information processed by Google for advertising and for purchases, you can use the tools described in Google's privacy policy and in your Google Play account. You also have the right to contact the data protection authority of your country.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
Informativa sulla privacy
Ultimo aggiornamento: 19 ottobre 2026
- gli annunci sono richiesti come destinati ai bambini (trattamento per l'infanzia secondo la norma americana COPPA) e per utenti sotto l'età del consenso (secondo il GDPR europeo);
- i contenuti degli annunci sono limitati alla classificazione G (adatti a tutti);
- nessun annuncio personalizzato e nessuna pubblicità basata sugli interessi;
7. Bambini
8. I tuoi diritti
